Le Défi du Dragon

A Chinese fishing-village and dragon-legend themed family coaster whose cars are launched onto one of four possible route combinations via a rotating switch-track platform, hugging the ground before soaring over a river and through hairpin curves in a bamboo grove. Its braking system recovers energy to cut the ride's electricity use by roughly 10%. Three years in design and construction, it replaced an older, smaller dragon-themed attraction on the site.
